Refund policy
All Cavalier Heirlooms bags are made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because each piece is created individually, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect.
Damaged or defective items: If your bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [BSR@CavalierHeirlooms.com] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. If a replacement cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose a full refund, instead.
Personalized items: Bags personalized with embossed names or initials are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of damage or defect.
Change of mind (non-personalized only): If you wish to return an undamaged, non-personalized bag, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the bag must be returned unused in its original condition. Once received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
